OUR SERVICES

Fabrication & Manufacture

  • Conveyor systems, including refurbishment and integrating into existing systems.
  • Machine making including supplier of hydraulic cylinder, castor/swivel wheels, sprockets, bearings and other machine assembly components.
  • We have skilled personnel able to carry out modifications and machine refurbishment either in-house or on site, in a variety of materials, such as: Ferrous, non-ferrous and exotic metals, and also various thermoplastics (e.g polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, Teflon etc.)

Machining & Maintenance

  • Gears, shafts and rollers.
  • Bushes, pins and spindles.
  • Gearboxes and pumps.
  • Heat Treatments & Chemical Treatments of materials
  • Universal, internal and surface grinding.
  • Milling, slotting and universal grinding.
  • Turning (up to 4.8m in diameter).
We have skilled, experienced personnel able to carry out maintenance, repair or modify a wide variety of equipment, valves, pumps, systems etc., either on site or at our workshop.
